Rich took the opportunity to hike Mt St Helens yesterday. He came home exhausted and completely filthy. But there was excitement in his eyes. He loved what he had just accomplished! It was fun hearing about his adventure. Rich did say that it was the 2nd hardest thing he has ever done. Running a marathon being the 1st. I'm proud of him.
