Well, Friday morning started off by waking up at 3:30am to get ready for a trip to the airport. My parents left that morning to a very sad Nancy & Garret. But all was okay, we still had another set of parents sleeping away at our home. Once it reached a normal wake up time, everyone got ready and took a trip to Fry's. If Brent is around, you can always count on Fry's being somewhere in the agenda. Then it was back home for lunch and naps. After dinner, we ventured off to the city's July 4th celebration. It was awful, so we left. We did our own celebrating by visiting Baskin Robbins and enjoying chocolate ice cream cones. Then we had our own fireworks show. We did snakes and tanks. It was actually quite entertaining. Garret loved the tanks and Kira loved the fire. We were even able to watch the city's fireworks from the front door balcony. Garret & Brent said they saw black fireworks and I have still yet to figure out what they are talking about. I think it was a great 4th of July.
